Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the online gambling services provided under the Wizardo casino brand through the wizardo.casino website. By accessing the website, creating an account, making deposits, taking part in games or using any platform feature, the user confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms.
These Terms should be read together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, promotion rules, bonus rules, game conditions and any other documents applicable to the services available on the platform. In case of any discrepancy between language versions, the English version shall prevail.
Notice: gambling can be addictive. Play responsibly and only if you are legally allowed to do so.
Operator and licence
The services of Wizardo casino are operated by Tusitier Ltd, a company registered under the laws of Belize, registration number 000047451. The registered address stated in the official Terms is Sea Urchin Street, San Pedro Town, Ambergris Caye, Belize.
The platform states that it operates under a licence from the Anjouan Offshore Authority, Licence No. ALSI-202505043-FI2. This is an international licence, so each user should confirm whether access to and use of the services is permitted in the jurisdiction where they are located.
Wizardo may refuse registrations, block access, suspend accounts, void bets or withhold winnings where there are reasons to believe that the user accessed the service from a prohibited jurisdiction or in breach of legal, regulatory or internal rules.
Introduction and acceptance of the Terms
By using any part of the website, subdomain, mobile application or service connected with Wizardo casino, the user accepts these Terms and agrees to comply with them. If the user does not agree with any part of these Terms, they must stop using the platform immediately.
Wizardo reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms when necessary, including for legal, technical, commercial or regulatory reasons. The updated version will be available on the website, and continued use of the platform after changes means acceptance of those changes.
For the purposes of these Terms, words such as “user”, “player”, “customer”, “you” or “your” refer to any person who accesses the website or uses the services. The term “games” may include casino, live casino, sports betting, card games and other products that may become available on the platform.
Legal requirements and restricted jurisdictions
To create an account and use the services, the player must be at least 18 years old or the higher legal minimum age required in the country where they reside. Underage persons are prohibited from registering, playing, depositing or using any service on the platform.
The user is responsible for checking whether online gambling is permitted in the country or region where they are located. Access to the platform may be restricted in certain jurisdictions due to legal requirements, regulatory reasons, international sanctions or internal risk policies.
The official Terms state that Wizardo does not offer services to individuals residing in, or accessing the platform from, jurisdictions where remote gambling is illegal or prohibited. Examples mentioned include the United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Austria, Australia, Belize, Comoros, Iran, North Korea, Myanmar and other jurisdictions subject to international sanctions, national restrictions or classified as high-risk.
This list may not be exhaustive. Wizardo may block access, refuse registration, void bets, cancel transactions or withhold winnings if it considers that the user is attempting to use the services from a prohibited location.
Registration, account security and verification
To play for real money, make deposits or participate in paid products, the user must create an account on the website. Registration requires complete, truthful and up-to-date information, including contact details and any other information requested in the account creation form.
- Correct details: the user must provide real information and keep it updated. Wizardo may verify the accuracy of the data and request additional documentation.
- Password security: the user must keep login details, password and other access data confidential. The company is not responsible for misuse caused by sharing or negligence by the user.
- No account transfer: the account may not be sold, assigned, transferred, pledged, lent or used by third parties.
- Employees and affiliates: employees, former employees, service providers, affiliates and their family members may not create accounts to exploit promotions or obtain an unfair advantage.
- Mandatory verification: the user must complete the verification process when requested. According to the official Terms, verification must be completed within 14 calendar days after the relevant notification.
If verification is not completed within the requested timeframe, Wizardo may suspend or block the account, freeze the balance and refuse to process transactions until the process is completed.
The platform may provide two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional security layer. Even when this option is available, the user remains responsible for protecting access details and reporting any suspected misuse immediately.
Multiple accounts
Each user may create and use only one account at Wizardo casino. The rule of one account per household, IP address, computer, device or payment method may also apply, depending on the company’s assessment.
If duplicate or related accounts are detected, Wizardo may close one or more accounts, void bets, cancel bonuses, block promotional gifts and refuse withdrawal requests. Winnings, returns or bonuses obtained through duplicate accounts may be considered invalid.
Deposits, bets and payments
To play for real money, the user must make a deposit through the payment methods available in the website’s payment area. Payment methods, minimum amounts, accepted currencies and limits may vary depending on location, selected method and the platform’s internal rules.
All deposits must be made through methods legally belonging to the account holder. Third-party payments, including from friends, family members, partners or other persons, are prohibited. If third-party deposits are detected, Wizardo may return the amount to the original payer and void associated winnings.
As a measure to prevent money laundering, the deposit may need to be wagered before it can be withdrawn. The official Terms state that a deposit must be wagered at least 3 times before withdrawal, although the company may reduce this requirement on a case-by-case basis, never below 1 time the deposited amount.
Wizardo does not grant credit to users. All deposits must be authorised by the holder of the payment method, and the user agrees not to attempt to reverse, decline or dispute legitimate payments in order to avoid obligations owed to the platform.
Withdrawals and KYC documents
Withdrawals can only be processed after applicable requirements have been met, including bonus wagering, deposit turnover, identity verification and validation of the payment method. The platform may refuse withdrawal requests while any requirements remain pending.
Before the first withdrawal, Wizardo may request KYC documents, such as:
- a valid identity document, such as a passport, national ID card or driving licence;
- proof of address, such as a utility bill, bank statement or equivalent document;
- proof of ownership of the payment method used;
- images of the payment card, where applicable, with the required digits and CVV/CVC code hidden;
- bank statement, selfie, video verification or other additional elements, if required.
Withdrawals will normally be sent to the same method used for the deposit, where possible. Wizardo may use another available method if necessary, according to the platform rules and case assessment.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits may vary depending on the payment method, verification status, VIP level, account activity and applicable promotional rules. Funds marked as bonus funds, winnings subject to wagering or amounts stuck in interrupted games cannot be withdrawn until the conditions are met.
Refunds
Wizardo states that, as a general rule, deposited funds are not refunded. Refund requests may only be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as technical problems related to the website or payment instruments.
- The refund request must be sent to support within 24 hours after the transaction in question.
- No refund will be made if the deposit, or associated bonus, has already been used to place bets.
- Wizardo will try to respond to the request within 10 business days, as stated in the official Terms.
- The company may request identity documents, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership before assessing or processing the request.
- All refunds are reviewed case by case and remain subject to the company’s decision.
- When a refund is approved, related bonuses and winnings may be deducted before calculating the amount to be returned.
Bonuses, promotions and wagering
Wizardo may offer promotions, bonuses, free spins, cashback, free bets, additional balance, loyalty points or other rewards. Each promotion may have its own terms, which must be read together with these general Terms.
- Individual terms: each promotion may have specific rules on eligibility, minimum deposit, validity period, permitted games, wagering, maximum bet and maximum cashout.
- Bonus balance: bonuses may be credited to a separate balance and only become withdrawable after the applicable conditions are met.
- Withdrawal lock: winnings obtained with bonuses cannot be withdrawn until wagering is completed.
- Free spins: free spin winnings may be converted into bonus balance and become subject to wagering requirements.
- Expiry: bonuses and free spins may expire if they are not used or wagered within the stated period.
- Bonus cancellation: if the player cancels a bonus, the bonus amount and winnings obtained with that bonus may be removed from the balance.
- Bonus abuse: misuse, prohibited strategies, duplicate accounts, promotional abuse or attempts to bypass rules may result in cancellation of bonuses, winnings and account blocking.
- Errors and malfunction: technical failures, system errors or malfunction may void affected bets, payouts and winnings.
Promotions may be changed, suspended or cancelled by Wizardo. The player should always check the terms of the individual promotion before activating any offer.
Responsible gambling and self-exclusion
Gambling should be treated as entertainment, not as a source of income. The user should only play with amounts they can afford to lose, avoid chasing losses and set time and money limits before starting a session.
Access to Wizardo casino is prohibited for anyone under 18 years old or anyone who has not reached the legal minimum age applicable in their jurisdiction. The user must protect login details and prevent minors from accessing the account.
When gambling is no longer controlled, the user may contact support to request a break or self-exclusion. According to the official Terms, self-exclusion can be requested for a period between 6 months and 5 years. During this period, the user must not create new accounts or try to bypass the exclusion.
As there is a dedicated responsible gambling page, this section presents only the essential rules. The user should consult the specific page for fuller guidance on limits, warning signs, external support and protection of minors.
Account closure and inactive account
The user may request account closure through support, subject to the applicable conditions. In general, the account should have no pending balance and no withdrawal requests in process for closure to be completed.
Wizardo may close or suspend accounts when there are breaches of the Terms, fraud, bonus abuse, misuse, pending documents, suspicious activity or legal and regulatory requirements.
An account may be considered inactive when there has been no access or activity for a continuous period of 6 months. In such cases, Wizardo may close the account and apply deductions in accordance with the Terms. To reactivate, recover or clarify funds related to inactive accounts, the user should contact support.
Prohibited activity, fraud and technical errors
Any fraudulent, abusive, illegal, manipulative or Terms-breaching activity is prohibited. This includes collusion, result manipulation, use of prohibited software, exploitation of errors, creation of multiple accounts, use of VPN/proxy to hide location, betting by third parties or on behalf of third parties, and any attempt to bypass platform limits or rules.
Wizardo may void bets, cancel transactions, block accounts, withhold funds and report suspicious activity to the competent authorities where there are indications of fraud, money laundering, terrorism financing or other illegal conduct.
In case of a technical error, system failure, human error, odds error, game malfunction or interruption, affected bets and winnings may be voided. The company is not responsible for losses caused by technical interruptions, connection failures, transmission delays, software errors or temporary unavailability of the service.
Live chat and user conduct
When live chat is available, it must be used only in a social, recreational and respectful manner. Wizardo may moderate, review and keep records of messages sent through this feature.
Insults, harassment, offensive language, discriminatory content, sexually explicit messages, advertising, promotion of other services, false accusations, attempts at collusion or any communication that breaches these Terms are not allowed. Breach of chat rules may result in restriction of the feature, suspension or account closure.
Complaints and support
Complaints, questions about transactions or disputes should be sent to Wizardo support at [email protected], as stated in the official Terms.
To speed up the review, the complaint should include enough information to identify the case, such as:
- username or email associated with the account;
- approximate date and time of the issue;
- transaction ID, where applicable;
- name of the game or promotion involved;
- amount in dispute;
- clear description of the problem;
- screenshots or relevant documents, if available.
Wizardo undertakes to review reported cases, but the final decision on transactions, disputes, promotions and complaints rests with the company, according to the applicable Terms.
Personal data and privacy
Personal data provided by the user is processed according to the platform’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. The user should consult the Privacy Policy to understand how data is collected, used, stored and protected.
As there is already a dedicated Privacy Policy page, this section serves only as a general reference. Data processing may be connected to registration, KYC, payments, fraud prevention, legal obligations, customer support and account security.
Copyright and intellectual property
The Wizardo brand, logo, domain, content, website structure, graphic elements, software, technology, code, files, text and related materials belong to the company or the relevant licensed rights holders.
It is prohibited to copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, modify, store, exploit or use any platform content without prior authorisation. Registration and account use do not grant the user any rights over Wizardo’s intellectual property.
AML and KYC
Wizardo applies procedures for the prevention of money laundering, terrorism financing, fraud and other illegal activity. The user must cooperate with verification requests and provide truthful, valid and up-to-date documentation when requested.
Checks may include user identification, proof of address, proof of ownership of the payment method, source of funds, source of income, video verification, selfie with document, transaction analysis and account activity monitoring.
The company may perform additional checks in cases involving high-value transactions, irregular behaviour, suspicious payment methods, links to high-risk jurisdictions, possible use of VPN/proxy, matches with sanctions lists, politically exposed person status or other risk factors.
In case of suspected fraud, pending investigation or incomplete verification, Wizardo may suspend the account, block withdrawals, freeze funds and retain amounts for a period of up to 180 days, according to the applicable Terms and procedures.
Prevailing version and changes to the Terms
All versions of these Terms in languages other than English are provided for the user’s convenience. In case of conflict, difference in interpretation or discrepancy between versions, the English version shall prevail.
Wizardo may change these Terms at any time. The user should periodically check the current version published on the website. Continued use of the platform after a change means that the user accepts the updated Terms.
